Tiffany Kuzia CSR
Tiffany is the newest member of our team at Deep Associates.
Tiffany is replacing Terry Molleur who has retired after over 20 years with the agency. She started working
with us on a part-time basis in January of 2007, and is now working full time. She is working towards obtaining her
insurance license. Tiffany is intelligent, pleasant, eager to learn and always willing to help with all of your
insurance questions and concerns. Tiffany is currently focusing on account rounding
so that we may service all of our customers insurance needs. This way we can maximize our service and minimize hassle
on our clients behalf. Tiffany also works her weekends

Linda DeBerry CSR Linda has been with our agency for
over 9 years. She came here from Excelsior Processing & Engraving because she enjoys working with
the customers and the relaxed environment. Linda is the face that will greet you as you enter Deep Associates.
She is quick with a smile and ready to assist you or lead you in the right direction for your insurance needs. Linda works in customer service for automobile insurance, and is up to
date on changing rules and regulations for Massachusetts Automobile Insurance and Registry Rules. You will find yourself registering your autos with ease as her knowledge
of insurance, quick wit, and humor have you relaxed and confident that you've met your insurance needs. Linda also collects rents from our properties at the front desk.
She is a pround member of our community.
Carrie Kondel Licensed P&C Agent, Real Estate Agent
Carrie has been with the agency now for over 5 years. Born and raised in North Adams, MA, she has returned to her hometown
to work after graduating from Siena College in Loudonville, NY with a BS in Marketing and Management. She has spent a
semester of college in Australia, interned at Pepsi Arena, and the Ronald McDonald House Charitities. She has chosen
to bring her knowledge back to help serve her local community.
Carrie has received her license in Property and Casualty insurance, as well as Real Estate, and is frequently attending
classes in varied lines of business. She is ready to assist you with your insurance needs. Clients are her main
priority and she is eager to assist you with all your insurance needs.
She
enjoys snowmobiling during the winter
months, and is also a member of the Hoosac Valley Motorcycle Club. She now resides in Adams, Massachusetts.
