Deep Woods Development is a 21 lot subdivision on the east side of West Shaft Rd, North Adams, MA.  It is being developed by Berkshire Mountain Homes, Inc. on land owned by West Shaft Realty Trust.  Located directly across the street from the Wilk horse farm, there is already constructed a 1881 square foot modular home plus a two car garage as approved by the North Adams Planning Board on June 6, 2001. 

This, the smallest of the 21 lots, will serve as a model home for the sellout of this development.  Deed restrictions will call for a minimum size home no less than 8% of the land square footage, unless the lot is more than 1 acre in size, and then the home must be no smaller than 2500 square feet of living space.  There will be two roads, Veterans of Foreign Wars Drive, and Crayfish Drive. 

All lots will be on city water & sewer.
