Michael Deep

Principal

Michael Deep is a licensed insurance broker as well as a licensed Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance Agent. Licensed in both Vermont and Massachusetts, Mike is knowledgeable in any area of your insurance needs. He has seen the many different changes in the insurance industry, and is up to date in all realms of the industry. He certaintly has witnessed over the years the importance and value of insurance protection.

Mike is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and Broker, as well as a Contruction Manager. He owns 5 Mobilehome Parks througout Berkshire County, several apartment buildings, Garages, Construction equipment, and other various buildings. Doing business local is important to Mike, and believes strongly in one hand feeds the other. Others can vouch for him that the majority of his business is from the small guy, who has done him good over the years.

Mike is always there to lend his assistance if he is able. For 30 years plus, he has served families and individuals throughout Berkshire County.

Ellen Millard

Licensed P&C Agent, Real Estate Agent

Licensed Property and Casualty Agent, Ellen began with the agency in 1973. With over 35 years experience, Ellen's knowlege and outgoing personality have helped her build strong bonds with her clients. She has been a critical part of the agency's growth and we are lucky to have such a well-informed and dedicated member of our staff. Ellen also works with Mike to manage all rental and proprerty accounts. She has contributed in many capacities to local charitable and service organizations.

Tiffany Kuzia

CSR, Licensed Producer (PL)

Tiffany has been a member of our team at Deep Associates for nearly 3 years now. Tiffany replaced Terry Molleur who has retired after over 20 years with the agency. She started working with us on a part-time basis in January of 2007, and is now working full time. Since working here, she has obtained her Personal Lines lnsurance License. Tiffany is intelligent, pleasant, eager to learn and always willing to help with all of your insurance questions and concerns.

Tiffany is excellent on the computer, and has tremendously helped our agency begin the process of going paperless. She also has been a great asset to our customers by shopping their policies with several companies to get them the best possible pricing we have available.

Jackie Hafner

CSR, Licensed Producer (PL) 

Jackie has been with our team for over a year now.  She came here after over 15 years with KB Toys. Jackie is quick with a smile and ready to assist you or lead you in the right direction for your insurance needs.  Since we hired her, she has obtained her Personal Lines Producer License.  

Jackie works in customer service for automobile and home insurance, and is familiar with the rules and regulations for Massachusetts Automobile Insurance and Registry Rules. You will find yourself at ease as you discuss your insurance needs and concerns.

Carrie Kondel

Licensed P&C Agent, Real Estate Agent

Carrie has been with the agency now for over 6 years. Born and raised in North Adams, MA, she has returned to her hometown to work after graduating from Siena College in Loudonville, NY with a BS in Marketing and Management. She has spent a semester of college in Australia, interned at Pepsi Arena, and the Ronald McDonald House Charitities. She has chosen to bring her knowledge back to help serve her local community.

Carrie has received her license in Property and Casualty insurance, as well as Real Estate, and is frequently attending classes in varied lines of business. She is ready to assist you with your insurance needs. Clients are her main priority and she is eager to assist you with all your insurance needs.

Eric Razin

Receptionist, CS Rep

Eric has recently joined our Staff in March of 2010.  Eric will be the receptionist at our agency and is the face that will greet you when you enter our office.  He has a very outgoing personality and is eager to direct you to the correct department to handle your insurance needs.  He is eager to learn the in's and out's of the insurance industry and we are fortunate to have him as a part of our team.
